Legal Administrator and Operations Director

Elizabeth Feustel Krajewski is the Legal Administrator and Operations Director of Florida Women's Law Group. Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth served in policy research roles for the Jacksonville Public Education fund and Jacksonville Civic Council. Elizabeth also served as a program manager and adjunct professor in public policy at Jacksonville University. She was among the inaugural cohorts of Jax Chamber's Hightower Emerging Leaders Fellowship and the American Enterprise Institute Leadership Network's Millennial Cohort. Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Science in Economics from Jacksonville University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and with University Honors. After her undergraduate degree, she received her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law and Masters in Public Policy from Jacksonville University as a member of Florida's first JD-MPP program in 2016. Her graduate research led to a successful half-penny sales tax campaign to fund public education infrastructure in Jacksonville. Elizabeth serves on the JU Public Policy Institute Board of Advisors as the Alumni Representative and as the founding chair of JU's Public Policy Alumni Network. Prior to working in the legal field, Elizabeth worked in and taught public policy, specializing in education policy. Outside of work, Elizabeth is married with one son and a dog named Figgy Smalls.

Client Onboarding Manager

Ashley Yates is the Client Onboarding Manager at Florida Women's Law Group. She holds an Associates in Science from Florida State College at Jacksonville. Ashley comes from a family of three sisters and is passionate about her work at Florida Women's Law Group. She values the opportunity to be part of a team of strong and caring women dedicated to advocating for women like herself and her sisters every day. With over 6 years of experience in sales, 4 years in the wellness industry, and more than 8 years in management and training, Ashley brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She also has a background in the mental health field, having worked as a psychology medical assistant, providing support to individuals during their most challenging times. Additionally, Ashley has contributed over 2 years to driving technological advancements at the firm through LawMatics, focusing on developing data-driven strategies to enhance daily operations. Outside of her work at Florida Women's Law Group, Ashley frequents the beach and loves to travel.


Kristi Clark

Kristi Clark

Case Manager and Senior Paralegal

Kristi Clark is the Case Manager and Senior Paralegal here at Florida Women’s Law Group. She has an extensive background in legal support and case management, highlighted by her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of North Florida. Kristi furthered her credentials with a Paralegal Certification from the Legal Studies Institute at the University of North Florida in 2014, followed by becoming a Certified Paralegal (CP) through NALA in 2016. Her expertise further expanded with an Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP) designation in Dissolution Case Management from NALA in 2021. Kristi is an active member of the National Paralegal Association (NALA) and the Northeast Florida Paralegal Association, where, for several years, she served on the board. Her tenure at the Florida Women’s Law Group spans over a decade, showcasing her dedication and experience in the field of family law.
