Attorney

Our law firm is seeking a family attorney who can assist our clients in navigating the sensitive legal issues of family law, including child custody, child abuse, and domestic violence. Jobseekers should be equally familiar with prenuptial agreements, divorce, alimony, child support, and be able to effectively engage in oral debate and negotiation even in highly stressful and emotional situations.   • 2-3 years of litigation experience (required)
  • 1-2 years of family law experience (preferred)
  • Provide effective legal analysis, strategy, and representation in family law cases
  • Great negotiation and communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations
  • Work closely with partners, paralegals, legal assistants and other staff to ensure swift action through the litigation process

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Paralegal to play an important role on our legal team. You'll draft legal documents such as affidavits, prepare briefs, conduct legal research for trial preparation, and keep case files and other important information neatly organized and easily accessible. Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to the Owner/CEO

Florida Women's Law Group is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to provide direct support to the Owner/CEO. The owner has several things going on at all times, she needs an organized and problem-solving individual to support her. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and love to organize calendars and daily tasks for someone and do not need direct instruction frequently, this is a job for you. Benefit Package

In addition to salary and incentive options by role, all full time employees are eligible for the benefits below. More details provided upon offer.

  • Heath, dental, vision and disability insurance. The firm pays 100% of employee premium for disability insurance and base health insurance option. Employee may elect to pay for alternative health plan, dental or vision insurance, or to add dependents to the same. Disability insurance covers maternity leave at 60% of annual salary.
  • Paid time off begins accruing your first day of employment for a maximum of 10-days per year. Accrual rate increases with seniority at specified thresholds. Employees also receive one floating holiday per year and time off for most major holidays.
  • After one year of employment, employees are eligible to participate in the firm's 401(k) plan, with a 3% employer contribution.
  • Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits are provided through in-house training, as well as via post-attendance reimbursement.
  • For attorneys, malpractice insurance is paid directly by the firm, and annual bar dues are reimbursed after the probationary period.
