In order to protect our clients and staff all appointments that previously would have taken place in our office, will be conducted by video conferencing or telephone. This not only complies with Mayor Curry’s stay at home order but protects everyone from the potential spread of the virus.
In order to participate in the ZOOM remote conferencing, you do not have to be a subscriber to ZOOM to participate in the conference.? All you will need is a compatible computer, tablet, or smartphone.? All clients are reminded that confidentiality rules and procedures continue to apply for all ZOOM and telephone calls and shall not be recorded as a matter of law.
Please remember that the telephone calls and video conferencing calls are still confidential communications with your attorney and if you have someone else in the room, the privilege is compromised and we ask that you do not have anyone present during calls with your legal team.
We are aware that working remotely at this capacity is new to everyone, and we ask that everyone welcomes this new form of communication as we continue to move your case forward.?
