2016 WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT CONFERENCE HOSTED BY THE QUICK LAW GROUP AND MORGAN STANLEY
Florida Women’s Law Group, divorce and family law for women, along with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management hosted their second annual Women’s Empowerment Conference at TPC Sawgrass. Conference content encouraged local entrepreneurs and businesswomen in the Jacksonville area to “break the glass ceiling” in order to achieve personal and professional goals.
Hosts Heather Quick, CEO and founder of Florida Women’s Law Group, and Michelle Paul, Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Morgan Stanley, kept the day on task as well as provided insight on what it takes to fulfill dreams, goals and aspirations.
National motivational speaker, Carla Harris, Vice Chairman, Global Wealth Management, Managing Director and Senior Client Advisor at Morgan Stanley as well as the author of Carla’s Pearls and Strategize To Win, was the keynote speaker.
A power panel held an open discussion on career path, family and personal growth. Panelists included Ju’Coby Pittman, CEO/President of the Clara White Mission, Donna Orender, CEO and founder of Generation W and Generation WOW and Tracy Raulerson, Southeast Senior Business Development Manager for Opterra Energy.
Stein Mart choreographed the lunch fashion show. Models wearing spring fashion graced the runway with hair styled by Zimmiz Hair Salon and makeup by Ponte Vedra Plastic Surgery.
Corporate sponsors included Invesco, Nationwide and Ponte Vedra Plastic Surgery. Business expo benefactors included Massage Envy, Florida Olive Farms & Mill, Keller Williams, Body Control Gym and Tranformations Staging & Redesign School.
