Andrea Lehner, Esq.
Andrea J. Lehner earned her Juris Doctor from University of Miami School of Law and graduated with the honor of Cum Laude.
During her law school career, Ms. Lehner participated in the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board, a prestigious oral and written advocacy program at University of Miami School of Law. Ms. Lehner was a legal intern for the Miami Immigration Court, as well as the Children and Youth Law Clinic, where she represented former and current youth in foster care, and dependency, health care, and other legal matters while in law school.
Ms. Lehner practices in the areas of family and marital law. She has experience handling a broad array of family and marital law matters, including, divorce, paternity, relocation, alimony, child support, appeals, domestic violence, modification and enforcement of settlement agreements, timesharing and parenting plans, as well as drafting and negotiating prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Ms. Lehner also has experience in commercial litigation and estate planning.
